*Normal in shop working time is 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of payment. However, order processing time could be running longer. These are custom made boots and they take time to make. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes you our valued customers. Signature Series styles will take longer than standard styles.
UPS delivery time is usually within 3 business days to most addresses in 48 lower states via their ground service. Arrangements can be made for alternate methods of delivery including, but not limited to overnight delivery and international delivery at an additional cost. Call the shop at 850-626-3579 for price quote on these delivery methods. Overnight, air freight and international shipments via Fed-EX.

*Orders usually shipped UPS ground service at a flat rate of $28.00 unless other method requested. Additional fees may apply. Overnight and 2nd day air shipments via Fed-EX call for price on these.
*Outside the continental US additional rates will vary.
PAYMENT:
*Mail orders can be placed with a money order, certified check or bank draft.
*US Postal Money orders preferred.
*All forms of payment drawn on US banks only please.
*Clients choosing to pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express will need to send in a completed credit/debit card authorization statement along with proof of ID showing a signature(a photocopy of your drivers license). This information is required by the bank auditors. Please be sure to provide this information as you send in your order to avoid delay's.
*Payment can be wired through Western Union or direct through the banking system. Additional fees apply for bank wires. Contact Stagecoach by E-mail or by phone for instructions.
*Payment arrangements can be made with payment of 80% prior to start of work remainder and COD fee's due on delivery. Clients choosing this option will incur an additional 10% administrative fee.
*International customers responsible for duties, taxes and customs.
*We cannot guarantee a proper fit with out foot tracings.
